Meghan did an amazing job at capturing our sweet baby Ivy. Her newborns are still some of my favorite shots. Meghan did a great job at keeping Ivy happy and helping me feel beautiful as well as she snapped pictures of both of us. I am so glad that she was attentive to how I looked too! I only wish we lived in Southern Alberta so Meghan could take more pictures for us.

Meghan truly is the best. Simple as that! I am a long time client, and she has my business forever! When we were about to have our second son, I had braces on and was feeling so self conscious of my smile. I was positive I wouldn’t want to be in very many photos, if any at all. We were also living in somewhat of a dark and not so nice rental house which I was sure wouldn’t photograph well. When I contacted Meghan about taking our newborn pictures I explained our circumstances and told her I was sure I just wanted a studio session. She convinced me that she knew me and knew I would be happiest with a lifestyle shoot, and I was totally apprehensive. When the day came she made me feel confident and beautiful (as she always does) and worked her magic once again. And of course I am thrilled with the outcome! They are absolutely beautiful photos of my little family that I will cherish forever!
And in years to come, when I look at them I won’t think first of the braces on my teeth or the dark walls of our rental home, I will feel those beautiful and crazy and soft and peaceful moments of having a fresh-from-heaven baby in our arms. And the proud, adoring smile on his older brothers face. And the love my husband has for me and his boys. Meghan has such a talent, not only of taking beautiful pictures, but of capturing emotions.
